We would like to remind Patio Homeowners that the Adams Ridge Condo Association has contracted JML Landscaping to salt and remove snow from the private roads and the driveways and NOT the individual walkways. 
The previous two years the Condo Association did contract a snow removal company to remove the snow from the sidewalk/walkways in the quads.  However, this year it was decided not to continue this additional service.
Clearing the walkways is a choice of the homeowner.
